*Catherine's Spelt (a Danish sourdough spelt flour loaf with polenta, beer, buttermilk, & plenty of seeds)
*Pain Natural (a country blend sourdough)
*Pullman (the pain natural baked in a pan, the large pullman is offered on Saturdays)*stop in to see additional loaves

Thursdays through Sundays

We are a bakery with croissants, cakes, mortadella sandwiches, focaccia ala romana by the slice
JUST STOP IN TO SEE OUR CURRENT SELECTION.

We do prefer to focus on the customers in front of us as opposed to online as we do get busy and our selection changes throughout the day, stop on in to see all that we offer!
